Consequently, it is the responsibility of every visitor and/or user to carefully read the Terms and Conditions in force each time they use or access the website. Should the user disagree with the Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from using this website and the services provided by it.

2. PURPOSE

CÓRDOBA TICKETS provides information on leisure and cultural activities. It also acts as an intermediary in the online sale of tickets for events organised by third parties. Without prejudice to any discounts or offers that CÓRDOBA TICKETS may apply, the event promoter is responsible for setting ticket prices.

3. BOOKING AND PRICING POLICY

The user undertakes to make responsible use of the ticket sales system.

In particular, when purchasing or booking free tickets, the user undertakes to attend the session and event booked on the date and at the time specified. Late arrival may result in the loss of the booking. If unable to attend, the user undertakes to cancel the booking via the website as far in advance as possible.

The terms and conditions of ticket sales comply with current legislation. In particular, Law 7/1998 of 13 April on general terms and conditions of contracts and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

The prices applicable to each ticket are those published on the website at the time of purchase. All prices include VAT. Where applicable, other applicable taxes may be charged, such as a ‘tourist tax’.

4. CANCELLATION AND RFUND POLICY

The user may return/cancel any ticket and receive a full refund of the purchase price without penalty up to 24 hours before the start of the event. In the case of tickets purchased free of charge (e.g. free tours), this period extends until the start of the event.

Once the deadline indicated in the previous paragraph has passed, the user shall not be entitled to receive any amount or form of compensation for the return or cancellation of their ticket.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In accessing and using the website, the user undertakes to:

  • Act in good faith when purchasing tickets and using the other services offered via the website.
  • Cancel the booking as far in advance as possible if they are unable to use the ticket purchased. This applies in particular to tickets purchased free of charge.
  • Have the necessary legal capacity to purchase a ticket and attend the corresponding event in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Comply with the event’s access conditions (age restrictions, schedules, venue rules, etc.).

Responsibility for the correct and complete holding of any event lies with the promoter of the event in question. The user agrees not to claim damages or loss from CÓRDOBA TICKETS in relation to the failure to hold, or the incomplete or incorrect holding of the event. In particular, the number of seats or tickets available for each event is updated by the promoter without the need for any action on the part of CÓRDOBA TICKETS.
