Booking and payments
How do I book a ticket?
Select the event, choose a session and number of tickets, and confirm your booking. You will receive instant confirmation with your tickets.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay using debit or credit card, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway.
When will I receive my tickets?
You will receive your tickets immediately after completing your booking. Your confirmation email will include the QR codes required for entry, and you can also add them to your wallet.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all prices include VAT. In some exceptional cases, additional local or tourist taxes may apply and will be clearly indicated before completing your booking.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes, you can request an invoice from your booking details once the event has taken place.
Tickets and access
Where can I find my tickets?
You can access your tickets from your account or via the confirmation email.
Can I show my ticket on my phone?
Yes, you can present your ticket directly from your mobile device. There is no need to print your ticket. You can also add it to your wallet.
What if I cannot find the confirmation email?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us through the contact form and we will resend your tickets.
What happens if I arrive late to the event?
Access after the scheduled start time may not be allowed, depending on the organiser’s conditions, and your ticket may be considered used.
Who organises the events?
All events are organised by third-party promoters. We act as an intermediary in the sale of tickets.
Cancellations and refunds
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the event starts. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
What about free tickets?
For free tickets, you can cancel them up until the event start time.
Can I change the date or session?
No. To change the date or session, you will need to cancel your booking and make a new one.
What happens if I don’t attend?
If you do not attend the event and have not cancelled within the allowed period, no refund will be issued.
